Odd and even Business Orientations also differ as far as the payment by the customers is concerned.

Experts and Self-Services get payments directly from their clients and users. The paradox of the Self-Service is that the payments are direct but the dealings with customers are impersonal.

The Product maker is not paid by consumers of his invention directly. He collects the payment either from retailers or other resellers.

The Commodity supplier does not receive money directly from his customer, which is the Market, either. He gets paid by his buyers, representatives of the Market.
