9.16 Human approach to values and principles
The type of human approach that functions as a value or principle has repercussions across different spheres:

Responsibility entails being accountable to something, someone, or oneself, thus implying a specific relation. Yet, if responsibility is an inherent principle, how can individuals fail to be automatically responsible in all aspects of their lives? Perhaps people can temporarily override the genuine principle of responsibility, replacing it with chosen values and self-serving relationships, mirroring the suppression of the democratic principle in totalitarian regimes.
