2.3         Relations to customers and the market

There is a direct contact and mutual interaction between an Expert and his customer since the Expert talks to the Client prior to finding an individual solution for him.

A Product maker has no customers for his product before he makes the product. He launches the product on the market to be found there by customers.

The system created by a Self-Service organizer is like a market place where customers satisfy their needs.

Even if Commodity businesses supply their commodities to concrete purchasers, their veritable customer is the total Market. One of the reasons is that the customer is someone with whom or for whom the business fixes the price. In the case of Commodity Orientation this price fixing is completely on the customer’s side because it is the Market represented by the Commodity Exchange that determines the price of actual and future deliveries.
